Hannah Esberger-Shepherd is an International dressage rider and International 2* trainer.
With a hugely successful career so far, Hannah holds seven national titles and has represented Britain as a Pony, Junior, Young Rider and Senior squad member.
Hannah currently has six horses to compete this season ranging from Novice to Prix St George. Hannah’s ambition is to ride at the Olympics for Great Britain.
Based at Todwick, near Sheffield, Hannah has a talented team of young and established horses including Rubin owned by Jacky Hyman, Vanita owned by Barry and Heather Truelove, Dolce Vita owned and bred by Joanne Hobson, as well as her own Welkern and Belluga.
Hannah started riding when she was two and had her own pony by the age of 10. However it was a chance ride on Felicity Scott’s Mornington Crescent that encouraged Hannah into the world of dressage. Hannah and Mornington Crescent went on to claim seventh place at the Pony Europeans.
She trains riders of all levels from Prelim to Advanced.
Hannah's favourite products include Easy Plait from the Professional Collection as she says it makes her life much easier and that plaiting has never been so quick and easy.
