New Rides and a Wedding for Sarah Challinor......

SUPREME PRODUCTS® team member Sarah Challinor is looking forward to combining a busy year on the show circuit with getting married to partner, Simon, at the height of the summer.

Sarah Challinor and Pumphill Buckthorn - HOYS M & M Champions; Hoys M & M Worker Champions and Olympia M & M Ridden Champions in 2010.

Says Sarah: “We have a few exciting new novices to produce and are very excited about Pumphill Buckthorn's brother Pumphill Beal.

“He is stunning and a real prospect to look out for this season.  We also have a lovely Connemara mare called Lookout Calla Suprise plus loads more so we are going to be very busy.

“We are hoping 2011 will be as successful as last year but it will be a very hard act to follow so we will be working very hard to give it a go.

“As well as all the producing and competing there is a very special day to look forward to on July 22 as Simon and I are getting married!

“Our honeymoon at the Royal International Horse Show will certainly be different and hectic but there is never really a right or a wrong time to get married when you are so busy with the horses and ponies – we will just have to be ultra organised.”

The Season is just around the corner! Update from Rob Walker....

Team Walker - Rob, Sarah & Sam

WITH a yard full of young horses to break and produce for this season, getting through the winter has been very eventful for Supreme Products team members Robert and Sarah Walker.

Coping with the snow made everything even harder work but Robert and Sarah are now looking forward to the early season shows and will have their hands full this year with both established stars and young new faces.

Says Robert: “At the minute the young horses are being prepped and smartened up ready to make their debuts in the showing world. They are currently on road work to strengthen and harden their legs and generally get used to a busier pace of life.

“Some new faces on the yard include Jill Day’s Benjamin Button, a four-year-old heavy weight hunter by Jumbo who had a very successful in-hand season winning at the East of England and a number of other major shows,

“The topically named Royal Engagement, owned by Lucy Smith-Crallan, is a four-year-old small hack by Spartacus that is very special. Sarah and I also have a lightweight cob called Killarney Silver which was bought in Ireland.

“The early shows will soon be here so there is certainly plenty to keep us busy and out of mischief!”
